Expert Witness - Abuse - Neglect - Wrongul Death

I received my B.S. in Business Administration from The Ohio State University and my M.B.A from Wright State University.  I worked ten years in acute care hospitals before beginning my path to becoming a Nursing Home Administrator.  I earned my California Nursing Home Administrator's license in 1997.  I've been the Administrator of facilities as small as 75 beds to as large as 220.  

I have chosen to always work at the facility level.  I know the day-to-day challenges of meeting the needs and expectations of residents, families, and State licensing agencies.  I have successfully achieved 25 years of licensing surveys all within substantial compliance.  Most recently, I led my facility to achieve 5 Star ratings for all CMS Star rating measures; health inspections, staffing, and quality. 

Fee Schedule:

$320 per hour for case review and opinion

$420 per hour for depositions

$4,000 per day to testify in court
